Insurance work

Been in an accident? You choose the body shop.

Most drivers don't know that under UK law you have the legal right to choose where your car is repaired — not your insurer. Choose us, and we handle everything.

  • Direct liaison with your insurer

We deal with the claim handler, engineer and assessor — you get one phone call confirming the car is in.

  • Courtesy car arranged

Where your policy includes one, we organise it from day one of the repair.

  • Manufacturer-spec methods

Every repair follows OEM bulletins for welding, panel bonding and paint. Your safety systems remain intact.

  • Lifetime paint guarantee

Workmanship guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle — we stand behind every job we sign off.

“Repair methods to OEM specification — not the cheapest shortcut.”

Our repair process

Six controlled stages. Zero shortcuts.

From the moment your car arrives to the day you collect it, every stage is documented and signed off.

  1. Damage assessment

Vehicle scanned for hidden electronic and structural damage. Existing paint thickness measured panel-by-panel.

  2. Panel & structural work

Steel, aluminium and composite panels repaired, replaced and welded to manufacturer methods. Chassis straightened on jig where needed.

  3. Computer colour match

Paint code identified and computer-matched. Test panel sprayed under booth light to verify match before any car panel is touched.

  4. Heated booth respray

Primer, basecoat and clear coat applied in a heated downdraught booth — the same kit used by main dealers and OEM paint shops.

  5. Polish & blend

Refinished panels machine-polished to remove orange peel and blend perfectly with the surrounding paintwork.

  6. Quality sign-off

Final inspection under daylight LEDs. Post-repair diagnostic scan. Lifetime workmanship guarantee issued in writing.

Paint matching

Computer-matched. Human-finished.

Modern paint codes have dozens of variants per colour. Our spectrophotometer reads the existing paint on your car, then matches the exact blend — not just the code.

  • Spectrophotometer reading on the actual panel
  • Test panel sprayed and dried under booth lighting
  • Side-by-side comparison before any work begins
  • Edge-blending into adjacent panels for invisible repair
